This is Epsom salt that we flush the liver and gallbladder with once a month (especially in spring). I just finished my fifth flush and still have LOTS of gallstones. We follow the amazing liver and gallbladder flush and it is recommended to use pure food grade non-GMO magnesium sulfate where available. Not the best flavor when dissolved, but does the job very well. This is one of my remedies. As mentioned, I only use it once a month and it's dissipating. I would proceed cautiously depending on pre-existing conditions but this does what I need and I have not experienced any side effects or side effects.
