everything ok. it is what is in the picture. However, here are some cons1. The parts just fall off when you don't use them. For example, while driving, I removed the camera and left the mount on the windshield. The mounting plate fell off 1/4 after a few hours of driving.2. It is difficult to remove it from the windshield. not because it has superior suction power or I'm too weak to pull on it. but you have to pull both cups at the same time, and that's very difficult. so it's poorly designed for that.3. the suction cup is not as big as other competitors and the suction is enough to hold gopro sized cameras. nothing more than that. Conclusion. He does what he says and that should be the only criterion for evaluating a product. But since there are many similar products, I have to take that into account. There are other suckers who do a lot better than this little guy. And it makes it better. This two cup version is not a bad product. I think it's pretty good. But there are better products on Amazon that are cheaper and give you so much more. I suggest you buy this one instead.
