Poor Support for Customers at iFkoo
Unfortunately, shopping on iFkoo did not go well for me. Their goods were adequate, but their support service was terrible. It took multiple tries to get a response from their customer service team when I had a problem with one of the products I received, and when I did, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. If you place a high value on customer support, I would not suggest you purchase at iFkoo.
Pros
- lamps and shades that are both aesthetically pleasing and utilitarian.
Cons
- Only a few select items are available, such as lights and fans for the roof.
