I have used these many times and these are the best knee pads I have purchased have. I tried 3 pairs of elastic pads and the pads wore out after one or two uses. All 3 pairs were discarded. I've used them for gardening, working on fences, kneeling on rocks and in the mud. .I have used them to do a complete brake and rotor job on 2 of my vehicles. Just kneel down when needed, and your knees will feel nothing but soft jelly. Kneeling is much easier for the lower back. Knie-Rexbeti coverings do not wear out yet. They remain raised and attached. I have never had to readjust these knee pads. I got knee problems as I got older and the soft jelly in it is just great as I didn't feel anything even kneeling on the rocks. le and don't turn around, i'm a very nice customer
