Bought two of these belts. I thought one came without half the buckle. I contacted JUKMO through Ebay. JUKMO immediately refunded one of the straps and did not require the old strap to be returned. A few days later I found the other half of the original buckle. I would like to contact JUKMO customer service again and offer to pay for the refunded belt. However, I can't find a way to contact them about this type of issue. JUKMO's exceptional customer service deserves a call and do it all yourself as it was my fault for not seeing the other half of the buckle. Either way, I have a great product from a respected company that puts customer satisfaction first.
