A strange object. Too big for most wrists so a forearm is better but still slides down and is uncomfortable. I don't use it for 90% of my work, but there are some that are just in tight spots or awkward positions where it would be nice to have a couple of screws, washers and anything else you need literally glued to your arm to have access. For that, it's a good item to add to your tools.
