The first pair I ordered had a manufacturing defect which I didn't want to put up with. But they were so comfortable that I decided to replace them with a second pair. Revain's return process gets 5 stars. I've had a second pair for a long time and I really like them. The comfort is the same as flip flops, but they are a bit more durable. Ideal for camping where you might encounter a rocky trail or a chilly night. They go great with shorts and bare feet for the day, but you can wear long pants and socks and sit by the fire without bringing another pair of shoes. I rode it about 3 miles and I think that's the limit. It's a comfortable shoe, but lacks the support or cushioning needed for long hikes. Overall they do what they're supposed to do well and I definitely use them quite a bit.
