I have been working from home since March using a basic kitchen chair as my work chair. Every time I got up after sitting for a long time, my lower back hurt and I had to fix the kinks. I've been using this chair for less than a week, but I can already see the difference in not having to "work out the kinks" every time I get out of my chair! It also makes it difficult to bend over while working. I'm very happy with it!
