Review on 📺 Aleratec Heavy Duty Swivel Stand: 2-Tier Entertainment Center for Flat LCD/LED TVs by Patrick Ross

I bought two of these for my 65 inch TV, one for each leg. I bought this because it was the right size to fit on my TV stand and allow my speaker to fit under the TV. Assembly was fairly easy, four screws through the bottom panel into four plastic feet which were then rubbed into the top panel. . Be careful when screwing in the bottom panel as these are self tapping screws so you will only get a good fit with plastic on the first try. As for the quality, I'm less satisfied. The underside is decent heavy plywood and the rest is pure thin plastic. It seems very fragile and you can't take it from above because it would fall apart. The parts aren't flush with each other either, which makes the whole riser look pretty cheaply made. One of my units was damaged in the mail and had a broken corner of the bottom panel. The same device also has a large chip on the underside of the top bezel, further degrading the quality of the thin plastic. Overall, I expected this level of quality from a $20 product, not $50. I would only recommend it if like me you need it for size or if you need panning action. There are half-price risers that are an all-wood construction that feels much sturdier.
