Difficult to use the remote control.

Fine. I got this because my wife was having trouble finding the vibrate buttons in the heat of the moment. I thought it would be easier with the remote, but the remote is almost as confusing because it's impossible to tell the two buttons apart without looking at the remote, and even if you're looking at it, it's hard to tell. So I mostly use the remote control.
