Definitely not up to the knee.

I bought them because they said knee high boots. The picture looks much longer than they are. They only reach my daughter's knees.

Pros

Style: The gray color and design of these knee high boots make them stylish and trendy.

Cons

Boots cannot be waterproof, making them unsuitable for wet and rainy days.
