Gorilla sleeve if your size fits your chest and stomach.
Size as recommended, i.e. chest and waist measurements fit, but the sleeves hang below the fingertips! It was terrible. (I'm 5ft 4cm, I'm about 153cm tall, I took XL judging by the reviews). I guess I should have tried the Large but I think it would be too tight at the bust and waist considering how the rest of XL fits.
