They are easy to use. Velcro is strong (both in terms of tensile strength and adhesion). The bungee appears to be of good quality, as does the tension release mechanism (the black spring cocking latch that you squeeze to release the bungee). But the rings holding the clips are VERY flimsy. With normal use, 2 of them have already broken. I've replaced them with stronger keyrings and they work great. But 2 clips fell apart. These are NOT the clips that broke the rings. For the price, the quality of velcro, bungee and gizmos. and ease of use I give 5 stars. I give 3 stars for the quality of the clips and rings. So I give it a 4 on average.
