Disappointed with the size. It's much smaller than advertised, measuring just 18 x 14.5 x 1 when stretched to its maximum size. I bought this to carry my laptop and magazine, expecting the manufacturer's size that there would be more than enough space. The laptop barely pushes in, which changes the overall shape of the bag. They refer to it as gray, but it's actually light brown, desaturated. I don't like the color, but I wouldn't call it grey. The long strap fits a small person but is too short for my style. In addition, the straps attached to the bag arrived twisted and twisted and are made of plastic, which constantly returns to the twisted state and looks very dirty and poor quality. Unfortunately this is a return for me. Small things to work with (the bag looks nice and otherwise feels solid) but being too small was a deal breaker for my needs.
