Review on 🎨 COVERGIRL Zenning Trunaked Eyeshadow Palette by Lindsay Law

When I received this item it was so broken it was left open and complete in the box. I called Revane and spoke to a lady. She told me she would send a replacement, she asked me how to send it back, I told her I would prefer if she sent me a label so I could print it out so she said she always has still problems. came back and said everything was fine that i didn't have to send it back. I would like to send it back, but I can't think of the female name, but I didn't think it was that important. From now on, I'll make sure I remember their names. Can you let me know what happened?
