They were very cheap so I'm not expecting much

Got d2s bulbs and after they warm up they flicker a bit then settle down. And it's not both at the same time. I have NEVER had a problem with my other bulbs but wanted to change the color from bright white to blue. I can handle it, but I've only had them for about 2 weeks. Let's look at life. They were very cheap so I'm not expecting much.
