Since this product has a lifetime warranty, I expected much better. After using it CAREFULLY for a month, I was surprised to wake up one night to find my phone had a 9% charge despite clearly being plugged in. To compound the injury, I called Anker for a replacement but couldn't get one because I threw my scrap product where it belonged. Also, I was emailed saying I would get 10% off my next purchase as I was dissatisfied, but the email never came. This isn't the first time this company has left a bad taste in your mouth with their faulty products, but it will definitely be the last!
