The two main screws that hold the monitor in place were almost impossible to tighten as they seemed almost frozen in place. We had to use PVC tubing as a socket for the included Allen wrench to tighten. Since these two bolts are the most important part of the system, it seems ridiculous that they require so much effort. For this reason, I advise against buying this device. My hand still ached from trying to tighten it. In addition, the instructions from IKEA, without words, are just pictures. They were mostly clear except describing which of the many screws to use. There were a lot of extra screws so we had no idea what to do with it as it really only takes 4 screws for the main monitor mount. The system is pretty solid though, because once you've managed to move the screws, they definitely won't come loose.
