Great idea, poor execution. I love being green and water is VERY expensive where I live. I bought 3 of these from their Kickstarter campaign (it's my fault). All broke after 1-2 years and have no warranty. A product this expensive should have a better warranty. To me it says they knew about the problems. Here are the problems I had: 1) All three ended up leaking. They are sprayed randomly in multiple directions, sometimes across the shower curtain. 2) 2 out of 3 broke the adjustable sliding mechanism for moving the head up and down. The head now sinks to its lowest position and won't hold up when you try to use it. I had to pinch mine 3) COLD SHOWER! This feature sucks. Because they break up the water droplets into such a fine mist, the droplets are so small that they cannot store their heat. In all of their product videos and in all of their monthly emails, they sent us Kickstarter guys about how production and design is going and how they solve all these problems. They NEVER mentioned a heat issue. However, they absolutely knew that this was a major disadvantage. I know this because they have a whole paragraph explaining it in the manual. Here's the bottom line: the ONLY way to shower is to turn the hot water on full blast and turn off the cold water completely. Then your shower will hardly be warm. My water filled with hot water usually caused minor burns. with this thing. she is a little warm. Regardless of what efficiency you gain from using less water with this head, you're likely to lose out by having to use that much hot water. What you also need to do is lower the shower head all the way down so it's right next to your skin/head before the drops have a chance to cool. It is particularly problematic when the slide breaks, as indicated in point #2. If this water, as mentioned in point 1, starts to seep in several places around the head, it will come out of the nozzle in small rivulets rather than a fine mist. This means that it retains heat and burns. Fun. So crazy I thought it was a good product. live and learn
