Review on 3 Pack Blue Light Blocking Reading Glasses: UV Protection, Anti Glare Computer Eyewear for Men and Women by Eric Castillo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lightweight with good clarity but a bit thick and strong, not listed anywhere

These reading glasses with built in blue light blocking and glare protection are pretty good. I like their clarity and also the smaller lens. I often have to move my glasses to see over it, so the shorter lens height makes this a bit easier. The lenses have a faint but noticeable yellow tint, which I suspect helps block out blue light (much like an extra eye-protection mode on a computer screen). There's also a coating that has a slight bluish-purple reflection in certain lighting conditions. The frames are light but feel solid and don't have any moving nose pieces (bridge) which I'm really pleased about. I think the side rails (whisky) may be a bit tight for some people (they are advertised for both male and female). I don't have a particularly big or thick head and they fit me (the woman) a bit. The color combination corresponds to my typical everyday preferences: black, brown and purple. Colors are somewhat translucent and colorful, making them not as sharp as matte solid colors. The hinges don't feel very flexible outside of regular reading glasses, so be careful when removing them. I haven't broken a pair yet, but the day is young. For people who don't have to put their reading glasses on and off frequently, move them, etc., the hinge might not be a problem. I like the clarity and power of the magnification (which oddly isn't listed on the inside of the headband). I don't like not having no power on hand because I need to switch between powers/reading glasses from time to time and also keep track of which power works best for me. My two main problems are that my hands are in my temples and there is no list of strengths on it. I'm between 3.75 and 4 stars. Thank you for reading.

  • COMFORTABLE READING GLASSES
Cons
