Three ties are broken. A zipper broke completely. With two strings, the zipper sometimes works. The tie got stuck around my neck and was very difficult to untie. The material wears out and is poorly finished. Being raised by a mom who has been sewing for over 40 years and has seen countless dresses and pieces for the pros has introduced me to quality. I can't imagine wearing them all day and then trying to take them off quickly and without fear of failure in use or removal. The zipper should be well hidden under the knot. Only one was done right, but without the zip tab. Otherwise the zipper was too low to work properly. As previously mentioned, some of the zipper teeth were damaged, probably crushed during production or mishandled during shipping. I really wanted to like her. The material, while not silk, is pleasant to the touch and has a nice sheen, but also some creases that were easily smoothed out with steam.
