This is a durable 12 ounce mug for a large cup of coffee. It keeps my coffee fairly hot for about an hour, but then cools down to a lukewarm temperature. A coffee thermos from popular brands like Hydroflask will keep coffee hot for 4 hours or more with the lid fully closed. I can drink the cup at my desk in the morning while working from home knowing I won't be spending much time drinking it. I prefer the bottled option for car or travel as it keeps the coffee hot for much longer. The mug is robust, very round and has a wide handle that is ideal for large hands. The cover is well made and the pink I bought is consistent throughout. It is important to rinse these cups immediately after use as coffee stains will appear on them and they need a thorough cleaning from time to time. I'm glad they replaced the cup lid with a slider to keep the coffee or tea warm longer. closes it. It is also best to carry it from room to room. Overall the mug is good value for money but it's of limited use for me as it doesn't keep the coffee hot as long as hip flasks.
