Cheap material, not strong

When I assembled the chandelier it wasn't strong, no screw to hold it in place. Small "crystals" began to dissolve at a touch. Also, they break when falling from a height of 3 inches onto a surface such as a bed. Impossible to build because it was so flimsy and also looked awfully cheap and awful. This is a divorce, the color is silver and the crystals are plastic. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
