Must be 5v 2 amp (minimum) USB port - WORKS GREAT

You will need to connect it to a 2 amp or greater USB port. I thought I couldn't. I've almost gone through the return process. I noticed that the instructions say it needs to be connected to a 5V power supply and at least 2 amps. Works perfectly!
