At first you feel totally ridiculous. Putting it on made me feel like a clown. I didn't tell my husband what I was doing and when he saw me he burst out laughing. My lip area felt very moisturized after use and was noticeably softer, less chapped. I doubt that there are any instructions included. I had to go online to the Revain site to see how to use it. I like that many come with a set. You should use it 2-3 times a week. I noticed a difference after the first time and have now used several.
