Helped us train a strong willed dog

We really like our new puppy, she is really good but can be a bit stubborn when following commands. It helped us get over the hurdle and since we started it she's hearing better, although it's only been a few days. Before we put it on the dog, I tested it in my hand and now the vibration is worse than a video game controller. The operation is very simple and has three channels that you can use, they are color coded on the collar and marked on the remote control. I haven't tried to verify that the max distance is correct and honestly I hope my dog will never be that far from us. I would recommend not using this as a first line of learning, I think a good trusting and loving relationship should be established first. When the vibration is triggered, it distracts our dog from doing something bad and wants to be with us immediately. It's also important to use commands when using any of the options, otherwise the purpose will be lost. We started with a higher value and will gradually decrease it until we stop using it. The battery life is quite good and it can be used for several days on a single charge depending on how often it is used. The charging cable is a USB connector (connects to the box) and a USB-C connector (connects to the collar and remote control), which many phones and computers have switched to, making it easier to use multiple charging ports. Update: One star deducted because the silicone cover that protects the charging port and also has the in/out and channel fell off and the last one was lost. Still a great idea, but a more permanent method is needed to keep the silicone from coming loose.
