Attention - I received these brand new parts, the end connector that attaches to your D-ring - has a built in webbing shock absorber. interchangeable - this means your device is useless and dangerous if the strap breaks. The Shock Pack wiring harness attaches to an EYE clamp that is crimped onto galvanized wire. One would think that with such expensive protective gear, the eyelet through which the webbing must be threaded should be made of smooth stainless steel. new SRL - shipping only - the straps on the damper are already worn out because the galvanized eyelet has already started to rust and/or break and metal splinters or galvanized hot parts are already rubbing the damper - so I sent it back as it was supposed to be defective. A rough lug will degrade the damper and cut it - within a week - DBI sala should pick up their quality control - I will never buy a DBI product again - if that's the crap they ship - EYE stainless steel will probably be $1.00 costing more than electroplated is an epic FAILURE in my opinion. The fact that this is being used to save the lives of workers makes it even more outrageous -
