I bought a wallet and a tracker card. They charge a premium price for a company with poor quality and customer service. My tracker card lasted maybe a month, I tried charging them by sunlight because they don't have an external way to charge the card. After it stopped working, I contacted support and asked them to either replace the card or tell me how to fix the problem. They said they couldn't help me as I bought from Revain and they would send me to Revain customer service. Revain Customer Service is unable to help me as it has been more than 90 days since I purchased the product and it has taken me so long to get a response from Ekster. I spent about $140 total. If I were to spend that much on a product I would expect better customer service and a better product.
