Review on 12V Cigarette Socket Extension Cord 15ft (2-Pack) by Cable Matters - 15A Fuse, LED Indicator Light by Jeremy Sabey

I bought this to refresh the power connections for my portable GPS in the car. But due to the fact that it snowed right after it appeared, I did not have the opportunity to install it in the car. But I expect the 15ft 12VDC cable to provide a more reliable power supply than the 15ft USB (5VDC) cable I used last year (Often the GPS didn't seem to charge, although it was powered by an external power supply, consider too much voltage drop). ok, tugging on these cables often resulted in their connectors coming loose - the GPS turned off! I'll have to wait a while before I can tell how easy it is to install, and probably next year before I know if it fixes the problems. I finally got the chance to plug it in, it worked great. No problem.
