Do not buy want my money back
I bought this after my youngest son died, I just got the ashes back and tried to transfer the ashes into the necklace but I was able to it didn't even get some of that dust in the hole, even with the device and funnel they give with the necklace. My husband and my best friend tried it too. I'm so upset because I paid a lot of money for it and it was very painful. I would like them to state this and offer a refund or a different necklace. I just feel broken.
