This is a thin ethernet cable. He does his job and he does it by being subtle. I've had very few ethernet cables that have failed that have lasted many years, so I'm not particularly concerned about the longevity of the cables. I bought a thin one, considering it goes through a corridor (not with heavy traffic). I rent so I can't just bang into walls and start running wires. Conclusion: Good price, good product. Note: I didn't use clamps, I don't really need them, 25 feet is the perfect distance for my use case. Just guided him along the walls until he reached his destination. Although they look good enough.
