Review on 🍵 Sweese 203 107 Ceramic Infuser Brewing: Elevate Your Tea Experience by Nick Ross

OK. I ordered two mugs, white and green, I ordered these because I read a lot of reviews and most said they were good quality. When it arrived I opened it the same day, the color is good, so I took the handle of the mug to pour hot water, the mug is not stable. When I looked closely, I noticed that the handle had a crack between the cup and handle. This earned me a warning to check both points in detail. Unfortunately, there is another problem with the metal brewer. The egg is sealed with a stapler and it looks like it won't last much longer, one day it will somehow self-destruct. I called them a few times, no one answered, the phone disconnected after a few rings. I then visited their website to try and find a solution. I received 0 replies from them. I didn't want to give anyone a bad review but this time I have to as I suspect why they have so many good comments with such low quality products and the worst customer service.
