Well, I like the "concept" but not necessarily the "execution" of this product. I'm 5'7 and usually wear 16 on pants. I ordered a size XL which says it fits a size 16-18 BUT it was so small for me that I could only get the velcro to line up and hold on if I lifted it A LOT at the waist. So, ok, I can work with that, I thought maybe. I put it on yesterday and it kept coming up. I think it's too small. Although I really like the idea. Bothers me.
