I actually love the product and never write reviews but the customer service was so terrible I would never buy their products again even if they were the best products ever produced been. I placed a large order and had a combination of missing items working with box 'Quality Control Issues' and damaged items on delivery which I understand can happen. It's been two months and I'm still trying to get a replacement because their customer service department won't listen to me for not supplying all the replacement parts. They continue to give me the same partial placement tracking information that I already received. The customer service department must learn to listen and solve problems that are beyond their understanding.
