Won't go 27 for monitor arms

The system looks well made and solid but isn't big enough for my 27" monitors as advertised. I've even tried tilting the screens and stacking them on top of each other , but the arms just aren't long enough.Also if I could get all three as an assembly the middle one wouldn't go as high as the outer ones.If you have smaller monitors that could be great.Hands are with a tie around clenched them around. Make sure you keep your hand securely down while you cut it. It's under pressure and will stretch toward your face if you don't. Assembly was easy, but you really need to ease the tension to keep it in place Unfortunately it doesn't work for me and I'm sending it back.
