I like that it is easy for employees to access their paychecks through this system. The ability to file direct deposit information has been very helpful as well! It would be nice if they had more options in terms of how much time an employee can spend on their computer before logging off or being unable to log back into their account. This was not something we realized until after using it but now it's great because our team members love having the flexibility to work from home occasionally without missing out on important deadlines. The ease of use and the fact that the system is very customizable. We were able to set up a system where we could have all of our employees on one platform. We were also able to customize the system to fit our needs. The reporting could be improved. I wish there were more reports that were customizable. We were able to streamline our payroll process and be able to do it all online.
