The positive and negative wires were swapped out of the box. The fuse was constantly blown.
When I discovered that the manufacturer had swapped the positive and negative wires I was able to re-solder the wires and get the amp working, but I was paying for a working amp. I could send it back, but I didn't want to be without music for a week or so.
