I should have read the fine print. The item itself is well made and looks very nice. It also arrived quickly and well packaged. Screws and dowels for plasterboard walls are included. The filigree design is well done and the hanging hooks have rounded ends so they don't get caught when hanging the chains. I want to be able to use it; However, it is very small - it stretches the length of my arm, from my longest finger to my wrist. . The large imprint says it has 20 necklace hooks but honestly it only works with thin necklaces or chains. Mine are chunky and take up a lot more space - I can only hang a few necklaces which means I have to buy another one or throw out the towel. So it's very pretty, well made and well intentioned, but not for large necklaces if you're hoping to find a home for a collection of them that can be displayed neatly without a few hanging displays.
