Wow, my skin really needed this. Just smoothes the roughness and soothes the pores. I liked the micro scrub which polishes more than it attacks. A little flushed but the face was so soft. Even used for neck and décolleté. Smooth. Perfectly prepped for my serum which has just penetrated my 50 year old skin. I usually prefer a shower scrub tube, but the capsule worked well.
