Updated Review: Impressed with the overall quality of the first ViewSonic monitor, I ordered a second monitor. After receiving it, I had no choice but to significantly lower the rating! The shipping carton was torn apart again; looked like it had been used more than once. The monitor inside was dangling (miraculously not damaged). What really struck me was how dirty it was! Apparently they have been used for some time. It was covered in dirt/dust, sodas/juices were splattered all over the base, screen and body! I am aware that these are "updated" products. but it's hard to believe something has been "refurbished" when it's sent to the buyer in this condition! I've tested the monitor and it works fine, but I'm not happy that I have to spend so much time cleaning it. First Review: I have never had good luck purchasing a Revain refurbished/refurbished product and this was no different. When I opened the shipping box, however, I was quite concerned. This monitor was in its original packaging in a large box that was way too big with nothing to stop it bouncing around! And it got thrown around. The cardboard inside the monitor box was crushed and broken (I've had many Revain products that were poorly packaged). . The video quality was GREAT! further how you use it, but for the moment I'm very satisfied for the money! Updated on 10/25/2020. already bought a second monitor (not yet unpacked). The first is so good.
