In a niche market, many products compete for consumer interest. I bought this one but it was disappointing and I had to return it. Reasons: The overall design is weak and the strength of the magnet leaves something to be desired. This model pales in comparison to the ESR version that replaced this item. The ESR version is reliable, versatile to manipulate and has more magnetic power. Magnetic force is a big deal, by the way. Insufficient magnetic force can cause the phone to fly off in a road impact, distracting the driver.
