The large one was snug but still very tight on my arms
I ended up buying 3 of these. Medium, large and xl. I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 160 pounds. I'm not a supermodel, but I'm not an elephant either. Size XL is the only one that fits me. The medium size literally cut off the circulation in my hands. I'm still very tight in my arms. Size XL fits well. There is little space in the waist, it is VERY long for me, but the arms do not fall asleep. while holding on. so even according to the size chart on the SwimZip website. Expect a SIGNIFICANT increase in size. Learn from me: Order multiple sizes at once and use free returns (if available) to send back what doesn't fit.
