Love the convenience of this heat cap! I use it to deep condition my naturally curly color treated hair. It does a wonderful job helping the conditioner to penetrate. I heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes then I go about doing what ever I need to do. Sometimes I will heat it a second time if I really need to deeply moisturize my curls. This is a must have!
