After having three children, my lower back broke. I sleep on my side and wake up in pain. This pillow was such a great find because it makes me feel relieved when I plug it in, turn on the heat and lie on it with my lower back for 20 minutes. Also, I now sleep on it on my side - usually without heat as that is the most helpful support. I really like how the sides of the pillow curl up as I am a side sleeper and sleep at a certain angle so not only does the flatter center of the pillow support my side but the higher edge of the pillow does as well. supports my (missing) kernel. It's basically a unicorn pillow, which I'm thankful for. In addition, this company offers excellent customer service. My pillow originally arrived without a remote control plug. I contacted the company and they sent me a brand new fork pad with no questions asked. Very happy with my purchase!
