Headphones fall off without the slightest provocation. I will swim and they will fall into my ear canal. I will hit them and they will fall. I've lost quite a few, which is frustrating at best. While the device can be charged by my computer, none of the three computers I've tried it with will recognize it, so uploading media for use as an MP3 is out of the question. As others have said (and as I expected) swimming will lose signal if the phone or headset is under even a thin layer of water. This is solved by leaving the phone at the water's edge and placing most of the headset on either the forehead or the back of the head, depending on your swimming style. The microphone is mediocre at best, in the sense that IF the person I'm speaking to can hear me AT ALL, they can only hear me a little bit, but it's impossible to tell from call to call if it's working . The theory behind this headset is good and if the headphones would STAY in place I would give them 3 stars. It's not great, but with the exception of the headphones, it works more or less as advertised (also part of an MP3, but that's not a problem for me). but the inability to keep the headphones attached to the headset makes it almost unusable.
