Don't put that hood in the dryer! The fur melts
I love this coat and the shiny metallic type finish.It is over sized but I layer in the cold so I wanted that.I washed and fluffed it on low heat the coat came out perfectly!But to my dismay the fur melted on the hood after 15 minutesand got stuck to itself. Nothing that I can do. The sleeves areperfect and no tightness in the shoulder fitI could send it back but, they are out of stock.I will continue the review with Customer Service action.and the wait time on orders is at least 2 weeks.2 weeks laterRevain will not help and Roaman's will not help me to replace the hood.I will no longer shop with Roaman's. The cust. serv. people were rude and no help at all.what a disappointment. The other two identical jacket turned out fine after washing.My advice know that you will not get the help you need if there is an issue.
- Coat was great. Remember Roman's sizes run bigger than normal plus size. Coat is thin but warm.
- Looks unflattering on certain body types
