Meets my needs

A few months ago I severely injured my heel/achilles tendon and was unable to walk for over a month. I just work my foot very slowly again and try my best not to hurt it. This band helps me protect and recover from injury and it seems to be working well. The tape stays on for several days even though I haven't left the tape for 5 days when I remove the tape there is no residue left. Overall, this band fits my needs very well and I will definitely use it every time. last strip.
