My daughter (3 years old) always asks me to do my makeup in the morning when I'm getting ready. There were times I would put some eye shadow or lipstick on her or give her a blending brush to play with. I bought this set for her to have her own 'imaginary' set and we all (my husband included) love it! Makeup looks and feels real. Glitter eyeshadow looks realistic! The Compact feels like a fresh, brand new foundation when you take it out of the box. My daughter thinks she is putting on real makeup without making a real mess. However, she found that red nail polish didn't turn her nails red, so we quickly told her the bottle was red and the nail polish was clear. If we need to buy a present for a little girl, I will buy again in the future!
