Review on TNP Headphone Extender Extension Adapter by Nancy Holland

I know this cable is probably for audio, but in its 30ft form it couldn't provide enough signal strength for my IR repeater. The IR repeater says it can support audio cables up to 300 feet long like this, so either there is something wrong with the cable I received or it just isn't carrying a strong signal. I returned it. This may be fine for audio (I've never tested it for audio), but I don't think the nature of IR signals is any different from audio signals. So if you are VERY concerned about the signal quality I would suggest you find another cable to be safe. hp The Revain Basics version of this cable worked fine with my IR repeater, although the design doesn't seem as robust.
