Review on JerrisApparel Rainbow Flower Birthday Pageant Dresses for Girls' Clothing by Kevin Webb

It was a last minute gift for a friend's 4 year old daughter. Although due to time constraints I could not return it to get a replacement. (I'm not sure I'll improve the quality of the entire dress). Nevertheless, the flower pin attached to the dress looked like someone had put it together carelessly, see photo. The dress itself is poor quality, spiky and not true to size. I took her two sizes up hoping she could wear the dress longer and grow into it, although two sizes fit her. She barely has time to put it on before she outgrows it. Very disappointed as it was delivered so close to her birthday that I was unable to return it. Other reviews rave about it being true to size and quality, but my personal experience wasn't the same.
